This is our 50A kit to DIY a control panel for powder coating oven (approx. 4'x4'x6' size or 100 cubic feet) supporting light and fan feature. The circuit is designed for US split-phase 240V oven with up to 12,000W heater load (for example, 4 x 3000W heating elements). It has a PID controller and independent timer. Wiring diagram and other installation files are available after purchase.

This kit includes each of the following:
12x10x8" Wall mount enclosure with silk screen label, complete precut and knockouts.
Dual-line display PID controller.
Two 40 A Solid State Relay and 60A heat sink.
General purpose timer.
Flashing Buzzer and alarm indicator.
Mini digital volt and amp meter for showing system power.
Two black 3-Position black selector switch for temp and timer alarm silence.
Two black 2-position selector switches for element control.
Blue illuminated push button for timer reset.
Green illuminated push button for light and fan control.
Oven temperature probe w/ mounting screw (both sensor and cable are rated for 900F).
1/2-inch EMT conduit fitting for all output connection.
Strain Relief Power Cord Connector for hard-wiring input power.
Side-mount breaker switch for overload protection.
DIN Rail Terminal Block Kit for power distribution.

The kit does not include:
Heating element.
Input power cord.
Wiring and wiring fittings.
