• 4-IN-1 – This rework station combines 4 tools into 1 rework station, these tools include an infrared lamp (pulsating-type), a soldering station, a hot air rework station, and a preheater. This station includes a thermocouple to limit the power output of the IR lamp to stay at the set temperature and protect delicate components from overheating.
• Infrared Lamp and Preheater – The lamp’s temperature is adjustable from 100 to 350°C, with an effective beam coverage of 20x20mm (varies based on the lens you use, Ø28mm & Ø48mm lens included). The preheater’s temperature is adjustable from 50 to 200°C, comes with adjustable PCB holder on top of an heating surface area of 120x120mm.
• Soldering and Hot Air Station – The soldering station’s temperature is adjustable from 200 to 480°C with 10 interchangeable soldering tips included in the package. The hot air rework station’s temperature is adjustable from 100 to 480°C with 4 nozzles in different diameters included.
• Functions & Features – This rework station is great for regular BGA Chip rework users, you can use the IR lamp together with the preheater to extract SMD components easily. Added with the soldering station and hot air rework station, you can complete rework, repair, soldering with just one station. The hot air start/stop function extends the lifespan of the hot air gun’s heating element when not in use.
