How to Assembly:
1. Lie the spine stretcher base in flat
2. Use knees against to fix the wider base end of the lower back pain relief device .
3. Slide the wider arch end into the wider base end.
4. Choose stretch level and bend the arch into corresponding slot.

How to Use:
1. Place the lumbar support on flat.
2. Slowly lie your back onto the arch with hands supporting.
3. Keep the lumbar traction device close to your lower back, mid-back or upper-back.
4. Align your spinal with the central foam pad of the spine corrector.
5. After stretching, gradually sit up and stay for 30 seconds before standing.
