M, Bust:33.5"- 37.5", Waist:29.5"- 35.5"

L, Bust:37.5"- 42", Waist:33.5"- 42"

Since all sizes are adjustable with velcro straps.
If your are in between sizes, we recommend you choose the bigger size and adjust for the best fit.

If your ordered brace doesn't fit well, please contact us for a size exchange.


For best results, start by wearing the brace for 20-30 minutes, then gradually increase the wearing time by 5-10 minutes, and finally increase to 1 hour per day.
Don't pull the straps too tight - it may worsen blood circulation.
Our 2 extra pads are placed under the armpit and have the effect of slowing down the armpit discomfort when wearing the brace.
