You may find that the balm will change according to the environment it is kept in, such as differing humidity and temperature. This is completely normal.
The balm scent is a little light so you will not make it overdone.
Keep the balm out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Natural bristle brushes may have a pleasant smell when opening the box, (this will dissipate after washing or being out in the air after a while) and this is how you can tell it is authentic; other cheap synthetic nylon brushes will never have this aroma.
When using for the first couple of times, a few boar bristles may fall off. This is completely normal and is as a result of some floating bristles - all part of the manufacturing process.
